O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2023 and to consequently direct the 3rd respondent to regularise the services of the petitioner and to pay all the benefits of permanent workmen to the petitioner.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as Conductor in the respondent Corporation by order of the 3rd respondent dated 07.01.2008, on temporary basis. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, though he was recruited and appointed through by a due process and he has been working for more than 14 years in the respondent Corporation, the petitioner's services have not been regularised. In this regard, the petitioner has also submitted his representation on 14.06.2023 to the Corporation. Since the same was not considered, the present writ
petition has been filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.A.Vinothraj, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.
4.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present writ petition, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.06.2023, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
