The petition is to quash the notice issued by the first respondent dated 02.11.2021 calling up on the petitioner to show cause as to why the enquiry cannot be conducted in terms of Section 110 of Criminal Procedure Code.

2. Mr. A. Damodaran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that the action contemplated in the impugned notice was revoked by the second respondent. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
