This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order, dated 09.12.2016 made in O.P.NO.MSEFC/CR/46/2016 passed by the 1st respondent .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner as well as the rival 2nd respondent have entered into a compromise. The counsel for the respondents has also not refuted the said statement of the counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition and hence the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
