Crl.O.P.No.20196 is filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner to deposit sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Rupees twenty five thousand only) in favour of "The Dean, Government Hospital, Cuddalore" in Crl.O.P.No.26659 of 2023 vide order dated 24.11.2023.

2. Crl.O.P.No.20197 is filed to extend the time to execute sureties in Crl.O.P.No.26659 of 2023 vide order dated 24.11.2023.

3. It is stated that the petitioner is a daily wage worker, due to which he was unable to deposit the said amount as directed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen thousand only) in favour of "The Dean, Government Hospital, Cuddalore".

5. In view of the order being modified from Rs.25,000/- ( Rupees twenty five thousand only) to Rs.15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen thousand only) the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned court to execute sureties is extended till 19.01.2024 and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stands dismissed.
