Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 14.09.2016 issued by the third respondent herein and quash the same consequently directing the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2016.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 14.09.2016, issued by the third respondent herein and quash the same consequently, directing the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioners would be considered by the second respondent.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation dated 01.08.2016, of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
