This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of Crime No.83 of 2017, pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of 2nd respondent. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.83 of 2017 and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri and the same is yet to be taken on file.
