Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant an extension of time for the conditions imposed by this Hon`ble Court on 22.09.2020 in Crl.OP.NO. 14514 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIVEKANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner for a period of two weeks on 19.01.2021 in Crl.MP.No.8137 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14514 of 2020 to execute sureties. Now the petitioner, has filed this application further extension of time for a period of two weeks to comply the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.
