Tagore Medical College and Hospital, Vandalur, Chennai or in Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Medical Sciences, Nallur, Next Mamallapuram, ECR, Chennai 603 102 for admission to MBBS course for the year 2016-17 to enable the petitioner to join the MBBS course forthwith.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to sponsor the petitioner for the remaining unfilled Government Quota seats in Two private colleges viz. Tagore Medical College and Hospital, Vandalur, Chennai or in Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Medical Sciences, Nallur, Next Mamallapuram, ECR, Chennai 603 102 for admission to MBBS course for the year 2016-17 to enable the petitioner to join the MBBS course forthwith.

The learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents has brought to the notice of this court that all the twelve seats, which fell vacant, are being filled up, after giving intimation to the eligible students and that the marks obtained by the Petitioner is not within the range for consideration. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
