ORDER
When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and that the Final Report has filed and is yet to be taken on file.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the Final Report has been filed, the present petition has become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the Final Report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
