ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 506(I), 420, 120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, in Crime No.1 of 20201 on the file of the respondent seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with A2 have induced the defacto complainant and collected more than Rs.30,00,000/-. for the purpose of getting Government. Thereafter, the petitioner neither secured job nor returned the money, when the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner along with A2 admitted to return the money. Thereafter only Rs.2,00,000/- was repaid and the remaining amount was not repaid and further the petitioner threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences, which led to the filing of the complaint.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submits that more than Rs.30,00,000/- was involved in this case and further investigation is still pending Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts of the case and still a detailed investigation is needed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
