This application has been filed by the applicants / petitioners to extend the succession certificate dated 18.09.2019 issued in O.P.No.340 of 2019 in favour of the first and second petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities of the shares specified in the schedule. 2.It is the contention of the petitioners that at the time of filing of the above Original Petition, the shares of the deceased, which are now mentioned in the schedule hereunder, have been inadvertently omitted in the schedule thereunder. Hence, the petitioners now seek extension of Succession Certificate dated 18.09.2019 issued in O.P.No.340 of 2019 in favour of the first and second petitioners.

3.The second petitioner has been examined herself as P.W.1 and marked Exs-P.1 to P.7 are filed to show the shares held by the deceased. Consent affidavit has been filed as Ex-P.7.
