This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017.
2. It is seen from the representation dated 06.02.2017, the petitioner requested the third respondent police to register a case, in connection with the death of his brother. Now, almost https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.
With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
