ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2019 for issuing permission under Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, for according sanction for a modified Master Plan for the Ooty Local Planning area based upon the recommendation of the fourth respondent in Resolution No.592, dated 27.05.2019.

2. On instructions, the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on receipt of the application seeking permission for a modified Master Plan for the Ooty Local Planning area by the fourth respondent, it was forwarded to the first respondent and it is pending with the first respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
