Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 236 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.112477 of 2024.

2. The names of the Respondents had been printed in the cause list. The learned Counsel for the Insurance Company had not entered appearance.

3. Anyhow, considering the general objection raised by the learned Counsels who appear for the Insurance Companies that the petition may be allowed waiving the claim of interest by the Appellant, the petition is allowed on condition.

4. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.19289 of 2024 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 236 days.
