Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of A.MOHAMED ISMAIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. R. JANAKI, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Since the interim relief sought for in the Miscellaneous Petition and the main relief sought for in the main Writ Petition are one and the same, this Court is not inclined to grant interim injunction sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, the W.M.P. is dismissed.
