This petition has been filed for extension of time to deposit the conditional amount of Rs.15,00,000/- in Crime No.501 of 2024, pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram, in Crl.O.P.No.17782/2024 dated 29.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is unable to mobilise the funds due to delay in obtaining the copies of order, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
