This application has been filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the written statement by the first defendant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application.

Having regard to the nature of allegations in the affidavit filed along with this application and in view of the fact that the respondents have no objection in allowing this application, the delay of 13 days in filing the written statement by the first defendant is condoned and this application is allowed.

4. Post the suit on 30.09.2019 for framing issues.
