Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19712 of 2021 order dated 27.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.S.ASWIN PRASANNA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19712 of 2021 on 27.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
