Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for two weeks for surrender before the Hon`ble Judicial Magistrate at Sriperumbudur to furnish sureties by modifying the order in Crl.O.P.No.20602/2021 dated 01.11.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R. THANJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 01.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20602 of 2021 to execute sureties.
