ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal dated 26.06.2019 within a stipulated period on merits in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

2. The petitioner filed appeal as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent before the 1st respondent dated 26.06.2019 and it is pending without passing any order.

3. Considering the above, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 26.06.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
