This petition is filed to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, Ms.T.Hemalatha, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.V.Vijayashankar, learned counsel for respondent 2.

The delay is 254 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 254 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
