The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to lay final report in Crime No.145 of 2010 for offences under Sections 341, 324 and 326 IPC and lay charge sheet against all the three accused namely, Janikiraman, Kumaravel and Muthu within a stipulated time.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.145 of 2010 on the file of the 3rd respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 324 IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
But, the 3rd respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is going on and hence, he prays for one month time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.145 of 2010 has been registered as early as on 07.07.2015 for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 324 IPC. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
