praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of rejection dated 07.04.2017 for the tender for the work viz., Tender ID : 2017_RDTN_70195_1 in Tender Reference No.ROC No.2150/16/A5 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the bid of the petitioner and process the same in accordance with law.
