Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent Board dated 16.09.2022 publishing the provisional select list to the post of PG Assistant (English) so far as the non selection of the petitioner and inclusion of the third respondent is concerned and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent 1/5

Board select and appoint the petitioner to the post of PG Assistant (English) by taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner did not undergo B.Ed and M.A. in English simultaneously, with effect from the date when his batchmates are selected and appointed with all service and monetary benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
