Respondent PRAYER To appoint an Advocate Commissioner to take custody of the vehicle being MAHINDRA CAT CTHAR LX DSL MT HT BS6 bearing Chassis No.MA1UJ4YC2N2B27045 fitted with Engine no.YCN4B40392 and Registered as TS08JA4749 from the Respondent or wherever it is found and deliver it to the applicant with liberty to sell and to permit the Advocate Commissioner to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises within which the said vehicle is lying.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for applicant submitted that the account has been settled and closed. The learned counsel further submitted that certain particulars were sought for from the learned Advocate Commissioner. The same have been furnished now and that the remuneration will be paid to the Advocate Commissioner shortly.
