Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.574/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against petitioner by the trial Court in the judgment dated 07/08/2019 made in S.C.No.77/2015 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Coimbatore and enlarge the Petitioner on Bail, pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.575/2019.
