ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 80 and 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children Act) in Crime No.893 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the Chairperson Tmt.Lalitha lodged a complaint on 25.11.2021 stating that Yasmin has sold her new born 5 days baby to one Sivakumar with collusion of other accused. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is not yet been completed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioners selling the child for the alleged brokers, it needs detailed investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
