These miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to extend the time for a further period of two months for compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.04.2023 passed in the above said writ petitions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to extend the time to comply with the order passed in the above writ petitions by 31s December, 2023. These miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
