Respondent/Husband Prayer: Appeal filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, against the decree and judgment passed by the Judge, Family Court, Salem, dated 04.05.2016 made in F.C.O.P.No.238 of 2006.

DECREE: This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Decree and Judgment of the Lower Court, and perusing the Tribunal Record, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Suresh Kumar, Advocate appearing for the appellant, and of Mr.P.Jagadeesan, Advocate appearing for respondent, and the parties herein having entered into a compromise between themselves and having filed into a Court a Joint memo of Compromise requesting the Court to pass a decree in the appeal interms there of and the Joint memo of Compromise duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel, and this Court while recording the said Joint memo of Compromise, the original of which is annexed herewith, doth order and decree as follows:- i) that the decree and judgment passed by the Judge, Family Court, Salem, dated 04.05.

2016 made in FCOP No.238/2006 be and hereby is confirmed, and the appeal stand dismissed; ii) that the appellant herein/wife shall receive a sum of Rs.
