The application filed seeking permission to file the certified copy of the Sale deed dated 27.02.2002, registered as Document No.652/2002, in the Sub Registrar Office at Purasaiwalkam.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the original Sale deed is missing, and though diligent search has been made, the original could not be obtained.

3. In view of the reasons stated, permission is granted.

4. Application stands allowed.

5. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording of evidence.
