DECREE: Second Appeal is coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgments and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.R.Suresh, Advocate for the Appellants and the Respondents not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, this Court doth order and decree as follows:- 1.That the Judgment and decree of the court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri made in A.S.No.46 of 2014, dated 07.12.2016 confirming the Judgment and decree of the Court of the Additional District Munsif, Krishnagiri made in O.S.No.187 of 2013, dated 17.10.2014 be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed.
