The petitioner herein seeks for a direction to the IIIrd Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of O.P.No.3017 of 2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same, even without issuing notice to the respondent.

Taking into consideration, the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition and also the fact that the issue involved is with regard to a family dispute, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of O.P.No.3017 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
