When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, producing a copy of the Proceedings dated 19.11.2019, would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous for the simple reason that the sale deed has been released to the petitioner after registration of the same. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
