This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 09.06.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19973 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to compete the investigation in Crime No.521 of 2022 pending on her file and file a final report within a period of four weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.521 of 2022 and filed final report on 05.07.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Chengalpet. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
