2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that proceedings were concluded and all that remains is pronouncement of the arbitral award. Learned counsel refers to the proceedings dated 20.09.2022 of the arbitral tribunal.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this application being allowed.
4. Accordingly, A.No.4520 of 2022 is allowed by extending the mandate of the arbitral tribunal by a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
