These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the appeals.

2. The 1st respondent though served has not entered appearance. Regarding 2nd respondent, the petitioner has made an endorsement giving up the 2nd respondent.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay of 25 days in filing the appeals is condoned.
