ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order of Direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to unlock the seal placed in the said Sree Bala Prakash Modern Rice Mill situated in Survey No.61/1A, 1B to an extent of 1 Acre and 45 cents and in Survey No.62/2B2 to an extent of 30 cents totally 1 Acre and cents at Periyapalayam, Azhinijivakkam Village, Jagannathapuram, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District with a stipulated period.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
