Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.1471/A2/2022 dated 26.08.2022 and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Sankaran For Respondents 1 to 4 : Mr.S.Yashwanth Additional Government Pleader

ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the deputation order dated 26.08.2022 passed by the fourth respondent in this writ petition.

2. Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would now submit that even though the petitioner has challenged the deputation order, the petitioner will now be satisfied, if he is permitted to file a statutory appeal as against the order dated 26.08.2022 before the first respondent and a direction is issued by this Court to dispose of the said appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has also not raised any serious objection for the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

After recording the rival submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a statutory appeal as against the impugned order dated 26.08.2022 passed by the fourth respondent before the first respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said appeal, the first respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
