Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in Letter No.54826/PC-3/2015-1 dated 11.09.2015, the consequent proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Letter No.AGA.1/74103/2013 dated 12.01.2016 and the impugned order of the 6th respondent in No.A2/596/16 dated 12.4.2016 and the impugned order in No.A2/596/16 dated 20.04.2016, quash the same and direct the respondents 4 and 5 to re-fix the petitioner's salary in the cadre of Deputy Director of Agriculture.
