ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2021 and issue patta pertaining to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

above lands situated at Patta No.484, in S.No.44/2, Plot No.15 and Plot No.16, Grace Nagar, for the balance extent of 1000 sq.ft., from an out of 2400 sq.ft., at Puthagaram Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
