This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that Petitioner report before the Kadathur Police Station daily at everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders, imposed on the Petitioner by order of this Court on 20.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.13381 of 2023 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in this matter charge sheet is ready.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
