O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.115 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of second respondent.

2. Heard Mr.N.Kumanan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been effectively carried out by the second respondent and that Section 41-A Cr.P.C. notice was issued to the accused person and he was enquired and that he has also co-operated for the enquiry. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the final report 2/4

will be filed as expeditiously as possible.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City-South, to monitor the investigation conducted by the second respondent and the second respondent shall conduct the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of two (2) months from today.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
