ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 16.10.2021 seeking for subdivision and transfer of patta in respect of the petitioner's property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bearing Plot No.72 comprised in S.Nos.524/3A1, 524/3B1A and 524/3C, situated at Green Park Avenue, Vadamambakkam Village, Arakkonam Taluk in the light of the judgement of this Court made in A.S.No.108 of 1991 dated 26.11.2001.

2. The petitioner applied for application of sub-division Patta transfer in respect of the petitioner's property bearing Plot No.72 comprised in S.Nos.524/3A1, 524/3B1A and 524/3C, situated at Green Park Avenue, Vadamambakkam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, on the strength of the decree passed by the Civil Court and it is pending for consideration.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's application dated 16.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
