O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondents police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police on instructions submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.157 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) of TNP Act, 1937.
4. Under such circumstances, once the FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
