These applications are filed to condone the delay of 512 days in filing the appeals.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants oppose the applications on the ground that abnormal delay has been caused in filing these appeals.

For the reasons stated in the respective accompanying affidavits, the delay of 512 days in filing the appeals is condoned. Accordingly, the applications stand allowed and are disposed of.
