This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR.No.62 of 2012, dated 24.01.2012, pending on the file of Sub Inspector of Police (Crime) B-6, Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore City, Coimbatore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after the completion of investigation, a final report has been filed in C.C.No.97 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.
