O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.10.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 30.10.2015, the petitioner has not even given the details about the amount of money, he has given to the opposite party. Since the complaint is bereft of any material particulars, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register an FIR.

4. In the result, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint giving all the particulars to the 3rd respondent and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law.
