This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for disobedience of the order, dated 02.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.8724 of 2024.

On a perusal of the order, while ordering notice of motion, this Court only summarised the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the impressions of the Court for issuing the notice of motion. This Court did not pass any interim order or final order. The Writ Petition is yet to be decided by this Court. Therefore, there is no question of any contempt being committed as against the order, dated 02.04.2024.
3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 09.01.2025 : no grs 3/4
