Claiming that the names of the petitioners were eligible to be included in the provisional selection list of the Teachers Recruitment Board dated 12.10.2021 for the post of Special Teachers for the subject Drawing, this Court had directed the Board to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

kas comply with the orders passed in W.P.(MD).No.27630 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023, wherein an undertaking was given for completion of certificate verification process within a stipulated time. Alleging disobedience, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General would submit that among the five petitioners herein, the petitioners No.1 and 2 had come into the zone of consideration and accordingly, after certificate verification, their names were included in the provisional selection list. So far as the petitioners 3 to 5 are concerned, though they have reached the zone of consideration, they were ineligible to be selected in view of their disqualification in the date of birth.
3. This Court is of the view that the order passed in W.P.No.32066 and 31937 of 2023 have been complied with by the Teachers Recruitment Board, and therefore disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. 4.In case, the petitioners 3 to 5 are of the view that they are still entitled for being selected for the said post, liberty is herein granted to them to work out their remedies in accordance with law.
