This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the II Additional Special Court under NDPS Act, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11508 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in this case charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.361 of 2023 by the Additional Special Court, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
